Experiential Design
SERVICE DESIGN | SYSTEMS THINKING | WAYFINDING | COMMUNICATIONS | GRAPHIC DESIGN | BRAND GUIDELINES
The discovery of Donald Norman's book "Design of Everyday Things" impacted my decision to take my first job in the industry of architecture and urban planning. I then spent 8 years dreaming up futures, applying systems thinking and pushing the experiential design agenda. I learned from experts on how to communicate and storytell concepts that were grand, expensive and complex, getting investors excited to take that next step. It is where I learned prototyping, multidisciplinary collaboration and systems thinking. The industry gave me the space to experiment, apply and succeed in the application of design strategy.
